You agree to use this website only for lawful shopping. You must not hack, scrape, copy product content, images and descriptions without written permission, or submit false information.
Product Information
We sell smart casual apparel: blazers, jackets, coats, trousers and versatile outfits for work and social events. All products are subject to stock availability. We try our best to keep descriptions, size charts and photos accurate. Minor colour variation may exist due to screen display and fabric batch difference and will not count as defect. We may correct pricing errors and cancel wrongly priced orders.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is your purchase offer. Order is confirmed only once we dispatch the parcel and send dispatch notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for out-of-stock, fraud suspicion, non-serviceable pin code or listing error.
Payment & GST
All prices are in INR. GST is included unless stated otherwise. Shipping fee is separate. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Valid GST invoice will be issued for every completed order.
Returns & Shipping
Return matters are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy; delivery follows our Shipping Policy, both incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual Property
All website images, text, logo, layout and design belong to SR ENTERPRISES. Unauthorized commercial reuse is prohibited.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us immediately for unauthorised login.
Limitation of Liability
Under Indian applicable law, our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or inconvenience caused by delivery delays and third-party service issues.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by laws of India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
