This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on srtextiles.shop for blazers, jackets, trousers and smart casual apparel sold by SR ENTERPRISES.
Serviceable Pincodes
We deliver across most serviceable pincodes in India. Some remote, restricted locations cannot be served due to courier limitations. We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-serviceable pincodes and inform you promptly.
Order Processing Time
After successful payment confirmation, we verify order, check stock, quality-check garments, pack and handover to courier within 1–3 working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Indian national holidays. Orders received after business hours or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 working days. This is only an estimate. Delays may happen due to courier backlog, weather, strikes, incomplete address or recipient unavailable. SR ENTERPRISES is not liable for uncontrollable delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated automatically on checkout based on pincode, weight and package size, displayed before payment. Free shipping promotions can be withdrawn anytime without prior notice.
Delivery Address
You must provide a complete, accurate address and active mobile contact number. We are not responsible for failed delivery, extra return charges or lost parcels caused by wrong or incomplete address. Address edits cannot be done after dispatch.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking number and courier details will be sent to your registered mobile and email.
Delivery Attempts
Courier will attempt delivery as per their policy. If delivery fails multiple times and parcel returns to us, re-delivery charges will apply for resending.
Lost & Damaged Parcels
Contact us immediately if your parcel is lost in transit. For transit damage, raise claim within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, following our return policy.
